Ahhh good evening all, welcome WELCOME to my second entry to this page. Today’s topic…………….sourdough, my latest hyper fixation. This blog is going to be short and sweet since I don’t have much time but I need everyone to try it, if you have extra time. Making a starter is so easy, throw some flour and water together and let nature do its thing. Keep discarding half and feeding it again every 12 hours, after about 5 days I had a pretty good starter and that with water flour and salt is all you need to make some amazing bread. You can make all different combinations, jalapeño cheddar, just cheddar, just a plain loaf. I even made a loaf with fresh strawberries and dark chocolate. The possibilities are endless. This blog is going to be more of a picture exhibit and you’ll have to see below some of my prized creations I’ve made and then proceed to eat with friends and family.
